how we started
Rick Aldam has been involved in the geological, water resource, and environmental sectors since the 1980's, firstly in mineral exploration, then oil and gas, followed by hydrogeology and environmental science, in both government agencies and industry.
Aldam Geoscience was established by Rick in 2006 in response to requests to provide services as an individual or as a leader of small groups of specialists providing cost effective and tailored solutions in the water, agricultural and mining sectors. This has continued through to the present day.
