Conducted groundwater desktop reviews, developed groundwater and environmental assessment work scopes, let tenders for studies to support the project, and liaised with and presented project components to government agencies as part of the development of a regulatory approvals program (2022).

 Conducted desktop groundwater and surface water reviews, formulated investigation program workscopes, provided tender documentation, conducted groundwater field investigations that included site walkover, drilling and test pumping supervision, conducted a water users survey, developed a conceptual hydrogeological model for the site, supervised groundwater modelling for pit dewatering and regulatory approval purposes, and provided input into mining proposal documentation (2021). 

Conducted a review of existing groundwater supply and assessed the potential for the development of additional water supplies for viticulture from fractured basement rock aquifers and surface water resources. 

Coordinated desktop groundwater assessment to identify potential sources of water for mineral processing and developed a numerical groundwater model to simulate mine dewatering for a mine to be developed as a central plus satellite pits.

Conducted a desktop hydrogeological review of two potential corridor routes being assessed for the transportation of ore from Tarcoola to the Challenger mine for processing. Water was to be sourced for road construction and dust suppression. .

Conducted a groundwater prospectivity review and supervised the drilling and completion of pilot holes and a water supply well. Provided specifications for well rehabilitation using bacterial treatment to increase pumping efficiency. 

Conducted a regional groundwater review to identify potential water supply options. Provided input into prefeasibility and bankable feasibility studies, and liaised with agencies on licensing and permitting including mining lease applications. Formulated and supervised drilling and test pumping programs.

Coordinated groundwater modelling for open pit dewatering, water disposal, underground operations dewatering options and pit wall steepening scenarios.

Conducted hydrogeological assessments to support the design and permitting of the Kookaburra Gully Graphite Deposit. Activities included the review of drilling information, the development of an assessment and testing program, drilling, test pumping and interpretation, water sampling and analysis, groundwater modelling  and environmental risk assessment for groundwater dependent ecosystems. 

Conducted a review of potential supply sources to provide water for use in a proposed in situ coal gasification project at Leigh Creek. Included assessments of geology and hydrogeological properties, land tenure, access and potential infrastructure constraints and developed an assessment tool for further evaluation of supply options as the project progresses. 

Conducted a review of groundwater supply prospectivity and water licensing requirements for a proposed horticultural development in the South Australian Mallee region. 

Prepared a ‘Program for Environmental Protection and Rehabilitation’ for mineral exploration (exploration PEPR) and conducted a desktop groundwater prospectivity assessment to identify potential groundwater sources within EL 4228.
